This policy applies to four groups: consultants and candidates, contact persons at clients and partners, visitors to sourcingit.dk, and people who contact us.<\/p>\n We do not ask for sensitive data (e.g. health, religion or ethnic origin), and we encourage you not to include it in your CV. If a client requires a background check or criminal record certificate, we only obtain it with your explicit consent and only for the specific assignment.<\/p>\n We only process your data when we have a lawful basis under GDPR Article 6, and only for the purposes listed below.<\/p>\n If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.<\/p>\n We never sell your data. We only share it in these cases:<\/p>\n Transfers outside the EU\/EEA:<\/strong> Some of our data processors may store data in data centres outside the EU\/EEA. This only happens with the safeguards GDPR requires: an adequacy decision from the European Commission (e.g. the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission\u2019s standard contractual clauses. Contact us if you would like a copy of the safeguards.<\/p>\n We only keep your data for as long as we need it for the purpose.
